The standard was jointly drafted by industrial department of the United States, France, Germany, Great Britain, and formulate by the following auto association (ANFIA，AIAG，CCFA，FIEV，SMMT and VDA）.After GM officially identified, and all national vehicle standard VDA6.1, QS9000, AVSQ and EAFQ is equivalent.
